Mr. Mahmudjon Nosirov was born in the Republic of Tajikistan. Nationality is Tajik. High Education. Diplomatic rank - Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary envoy first class.

1969-1970
- specialist in poultry farm, Hisar district;
1970 -1975 - Student of Institute of technology and food industry of Odessa;
1975-1980 - Chief engineer of Hisar bred- producing factory;
1980-1982 - Chief engineer of Dushanbe bred- producing plant;
1982-1985 - Director of Dushanbe bred- producing plant;
1985-1992 - Deputy Minister of corn products of the Republic of Tajikistan;
1992-1994 - Minister of corn products of the Republic of Tajikistan;
1994-1996 - Adviser of Prime minister of the Republic of Tajikistan;
1996-1997- Director-General of representative of "Export-Astyk" of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Republic of Tajikistan;
1997-1998 - Deputy Director of department of relations with CIS countries of executive office of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan;
1998-2000 - Chief of Administration of executive committee of intergovernmental council of economical community of Central Asia;
2000-2002 - Chief of executive committee of intergovernmental council of Central Asian Economic Community;
2002-2008 - Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Tajikistan to Kirgizstan.


From February 5, 2008 till now - Deputy Minister of Foreign Affaires of Republic of Tajikistan.


Knowledge of languages - Russian, Uzbek languages.
